The Application Site covers an area of approximately 2 acres and is located on Maes Meurig in Meliden, Prestatyn. The Site is currently vacant.
Work upon the planning application has commenced and a public consultation on the proposed development will be undertaken later this year.
The Proposed Development will help to revitalise a vacant and unutilised site, which is in a state of disuse. The proposals will help bring forward an allocated site for much needed housing.
