Sell to us

With a tightknit management team and no formal board process, decisions can be made extremely quickly. Many purchases can be completed with cash reserves, avoiding the need for external valuations or surveys. Where funding is required to complete a purchase, we make use of our strong and long-standing relationships with both mainstream lenders and regional challenger lenders; meaning we are always able to meet the required timescales.

Rent from us

From renting a single desk office suite on a flexible license, to taking a 10+ year lease on a logistics yard and storage facility, we maintain the same swift pragmatic & dependable approach.We also deliver turn-key solutions for tenants, whereby we refurbish properties to an agreed specification which often includes a bespoke tenant fitout. This structure allows tenants to remain focused on their business and start trading from a newly refurbished property with the required fitout on the day the lease commences.

Buy from us

Our primary focus is on opportunities where we can add value. As such, we will consider for disposal assets where we have already added value. This added value may be in the form of refurbishment, effective leasing strategies, or other forms of asset management. Typically, assets we are disposing of will be refurbished, well-let, and high yielding. We do also sell vacant properties to owner occupiers.

Clients

We have sold to private investors, pension funds, and public bodies. Our tenants include the NHS, Handelsbanken, and Rank Group. We have delivered turn-key solutions for Toolstation, ATS, and Bilfinger. We have bought properties from Topps Tiles, Pearl & Coutts, Caddick Group, and Topland Group.
