Formerly occupied by NHS Property Services, the building is in need of modernisation. Capital has been allocated for a speculative refurbishment of the building. Kingscrown have engaged the services of Warrington-based interior architect and design company Standing Space. Standing Space will lead on the creative and technical aspects of the refurbishment. The appointment follows a successful partnership on previous design and refurbishments projects.
Marketing is being led by national agent, Lambert Smith Hampton, and regional agent, PPH Commercial. Matt Procter of Lambert Smith Hampton commented:
"White Rose House offers a rare opportunity to occupy Grade A refurbished offices in Doncaster, with a focus on ‘best in class’ work space and a collaborative working environment. The offices have proved popular in the first weeks of marketing, supporting the ‘flight to quality’ trend we have seen within the market, where occupiers are seeking high quality offices, with strong amenities in an effort to entice their employees back to the office. Following refurbishment, White Rose House will boast a Grade A specification, with an inviting reception and ample parking. The building incorporates flexibility, offering a range of floor sizes suitable for all occupiers, from 1,500 sq ft to 17,717 sq ft.”
