Kingscrown Land & Commercial purchased the site in April 2025, with the view to convert the property formulate and submit a planning application for residential development in Q4 2025.
The 3500 sq,ft pub is proposed for conversion in to 6 x 1 bedroom apartments. The pub sits upon a site which covers an area of approximately 0.3 acres and is located off Union Street in Runcorn.
The proposed development of the site for residential will help to revitalise a vacant and unutilised building, which is in a state of disuse.
