Oversees the day-to-day coordination of the group.
Daniel has a business management degree from Salford University. He started working at Kingscrown in 2007 and with Barrie has grown a successful business in various sectors of property and finance.
Laurie completed an Events Management Degree at Leeds University. She joined Kingscrown in 2012 and transitioned the company from paper to digital at the beginning of our journey and from then on has been an invaluable member of the company’s growth and expansion.
In 2016 Laurie set up and started providing short term accommodation through Air B N B, then in 2017 Laurie & Natalie launched their own short-term accommodation website, Lavish Lettings Ltd. She is currently assisting the Commercial Estates Director.
Tom has worked in the commercial property industry since 2008. His formative years were spent in private practice at an independent, multi-disciplinary Chartered Surveyors. During his time in private practice, Tom dealt with a wide variety of agency instructions across all sectors, as well as dealing with lease advisory matters, acting for both landlord and tenant.
Tom has been with the Kingscrown Group since 2019 in his role as commercial portfolio asset manager. Tom has applied his breadth of experience to this wide-ranging role and has drawn on his new colleagues’ experience to adopt a more ‘client-side’ focus.
Tom enjoys the quick decisions, fleetness of foot, and strong underlying commercialism that characterises the Kingscrown Group’s approach to business.
He is a Chartered Planner with extensive experience in securing sites, obtaining planning permission and facilitating development upon a multitude of complex sites throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
Natalie Pollock is the Director of Kingscrowns’ holiday lettings business Lavish Lettings Ltd. Natalie is responsible for the day to day running of our serviced accommodation offering a luxury alternative to a hotel.
Laura is responsible for carrying out day-to-day management and operational functions. Her main objectives are ensuring satisfaction for tenants and leaseholders whilst operating an income-producing property. She has over 20 years’ experience as a property manager.
Marcie has over 20 years’ experience, primarily in the social housing sector. Her knowledge ranges from Housing management, lettings and general property management.
She has a range of transferable skills, that enables her to adapt well to any property portfolio. Marcy’s main aim is to agree service levels, she is very target driven and focuses on results whilst delivering the best customer service.
Diane has been a chartered Accountant for over 30 years and brings a wealth of Accounting experience. She has been involved in the group for over 10 years.
Eni has a Diploma in Professional Secretarial Studies (Ind.A.Md.) and more than 4 years office administration experienced and 4 years as account Assistant. Eni is a hard-working mum of 2 and deals with administrative work within the business.
