Oversees the day-to-day coordination of the group.

Daniel has a business management degree from Salford University. He started working at Kingscrown in 2007 and with Barrie has grown a successful business in various sectors of property.

Tom has worked in the commercial property industry since 2008.  His formative years were spent in private practice at an independent, multi-disciplinary Chartered Surveyors.  During his time in private practice, Tom dealt with a wide variety of agency instructions across all sectors, as well as dealing with lease advisory matters, acting for both landlord and tenant.
 
Tom has been with the Kingscrown Group since 2019 in his role as commercial portfolio asset manager.  Tom has applied his breadth of experience to this wide-ranging role and has drawn on his new colleagues’ experience to adopt a more ‘client-side’ focus.
 
Tom enjoys the quick decisions, fleetness of foot, and strong underlying commercialism that characterises the Kingscrown Group’s approach to business.

She has a range of transferable skills,  that enables her to adapt well to any property portfolio.
Marcy’s main aim is to agree service levels, she is very target driven and focuses on results whilst delivering the best customer service.
