Waterside House – new tenants and £2.5 million investment
Kingscrown Group, snapped up the 36,000 sq. ft. Waterside House, and has invested significantly to remodel and refit the building, which is now ready to occupy.
iRevolution Group, Commercial Joinery Specialists Ltd., and Inspired Care have all signed leases for suites in Waterside House following a £2.5 million investment and refurbishment.
