The Application Site covers an area of approximately 0.6 acres and is located on Warrington Road in Abram, Wigan. The Site is currently vacant.
The Proposed Development will help to revitalise a vacant and unutilised site, which is in a state of disuse. The proposals will help bring forward a brownfield site within the development boundary for much needed housing.
The site was sold in September 2025 on an unconditional basis.
