Kingscrown Land & Commercial purchased the site in April 2025, with the view to formulate and submit a planning application for residential development in Q4 2025.
The proposed development of the site for residential will help to revitalise a vacant and unutilised site, which is in a state of disuse. The proposals will help bring forward a brownfield site for much needed housing.The site is currently under offer.
