Mydentist is set to relocate from Park Avenue in Poynton to a 6,600 sq ft space within London House, a 14,000 sq ft building owned by Kingscrown Land & Commercial Ltd. The dental firm has signed a 15-year lease, encompassing the entire ground floor and part of the first floor, with a quoting rent of £16 per sq ft.
London House, acquired by Kingscrown Land & Commercial Ltd in 2014, also hosts tenants such as Go Shorty, Bien Venue, and HDS Lighting. The landlord, advised by Edwards, facilitated a change of use from office to medical space to accommodate Mydentist. Thomas Sharples, from Bluebell Real Estate acted for the landlord, and highlighted the significance of flexibility in the current office market and noted that the new dental facility would enhance London House's prominence within the Poynton community.
