Kingscrown motors on with acquisitions in 2025
Kingscrown has acquired a former Vauxhall car dealership from motor-trade giant Pendragon (now part of the Lithia group). The prominent roadside property is well-positioned at the entrance to Hartlepool's premier out-of-town retail park. Nearby occupiers include B&M, Halfords, The Range, Lidle, Iceland, Burger King, & Starbucks.
The acquisition was underpinned by agreed terms to Formula One Autocentres, who will occupy a little over 50% of the building. The remaining space, being marketed by Barker Proudlove, has attracted strong interest from retail occupiers, along with food & beverage operators.
